2. For CK and CK#, use V SEH /V SEL(AC) of CA; for strobes (DQS[3:0] and DQS#[3:0]), use
V IH /V IL(AC) of DQ.
3. V IH(AC) and V IL(AC) for DQ are based on V REFDQ ; V SEH(AC) and V SEL(AC) for CA are based on
V REFCA . If a reduced AC HIGH or AC LOW is used for a signal group, the reduced level
applies.
Differential Input Crosspoint Voltage
To ensure tight setup and hold times as well as output skew parameters with respect to
clock and strobe, each crosspoint voltage of differential input signals (CK, CK#, DQS,
and DQS#) must meet the specifications in Table 68 (page 125). The differential input
crosspoint voltage ( V IX ) is measured from the actual crosspoint of the true signal and its
and complement to the midlevel between V DD and V SS .
